APPOINTMENT FEES: effective January 1, 2026

     A $5 discount will apply to any payment made by  Cash or E Transfer (EMT)

 Appointment times include assessments/re-assessments. Services are to be paid for on 
the date they are rendered.  

Cancellation Policy:
 24 hours notice for change/cancellation of an appointment is required or 50% of missed appointment fee may apply.
Hourly rates plus travel and material costs apply to ancillary services. Corporate Wellness rates will be assessed on an individual basis. "No shows" will be billed 100% of the service fee for which they were booked.
