APPOINTMENT FEES: effective May 1/22
- 30 minutes $65
- 45 minutes $80
- 60 minutes $95
- 75 minutes $110
- all fees include HST
Appointment times include assessments/re-assessments. Services are to be paid for on
the date they are rendered. I accept Cash, Debit, and EMT NO Credit Card payments are accepted
24 hours notice for change/cancellation of an appointment is required or 50% of missed appointment fee may apply.
Hourly rates plus travel and material costs apply to ancillary services. Corporate Wellness rates will be assessed on an individual basis. "No shows" will be billed 100% of the service fee for which they were booked.
I would like to graciously thank anyone in advance that considers tipping. I do however have a "No Tipping Policy".
It is not meant to insult anyone. When the situation arises, I fear that I may insult my client, so it is difficult to explain
